This undeveloped beach, which can be found on the southwest coast of Crete, is distinguished by its pink sand. This is a well-liked summer holiday destination thanks to the sparkling waters, which draw both sunbathers and fans of water sports. For a change of view, it is also possible to go up to the nearby cedar tree reserves.
To avoid traffic and reserve a chair and umbrella before visitors come, it is recommended to visit early in the day. Coming in the evening is worthwhile as well, since a magnificent sunset will be there when most people have gone home.
